Safety and Shelter at Father
Father will have an underground parking that will also serve as a dual-purpose shelter.
In the event of an air raid alert, residents will be able to quickly go down to one of the parking blocks, which are equipped with all the necessary engineering systems, ventilation, and restrooms.
At the same time, this is not just a parking facility, but a shelter built in accordance with the requirements of Ukraine’s State Building Codes (DBN), which regulate the arrangement of protective structures.
This approach creates an added sense of safety and confidence – the shelter is always nearby and accessible within minutes.
